  • It's my first time- how do I book an appointment with you?
    Well hey there! Booking an appointment with me is as easy as filling out my New Guest Profile, which you'll find on my New Guest page. Once I receive your profile I'll reach out within 24 business hours to reserve your visit!
  • What payment methods & gratuity do you accept?
    Cash, all major credit cards, local checks for payments and gratuity.
  • Where do I park & enter the salon?
    Anywhere your little heart desires! I have a turn-around you can park in, but please feel free to park right in front of the salon door. You will enter in through the basement door and proceed to walk towards the sign with the scissors!
  • Will I get to meet your dog, Jaemison?
    ABSOLUTELY!! Jaemison is our rescue dog and even though his bark is loud, it's just his way of letting me know you're here. He may gently take your hand and lead you into the salon!
  • Can I bring my dog?
    OF COURSE!! I have a dog on-premises named Jaemison, if he doesn't get along with your dog I will just put him up stairs for the duration of you visit!
  • How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
    Please reach out to me via phone (603-648-6166) or email (dirtyblonde2018@gmail.com). To avoid the cancellation fee outlined in my salon policies, please give a minimum of 48 hours notice.
  • Healthy Hair Promise
    Keeping your hair happy, healthy, and on your head is my #1 priority. We will discuss realistic expectations prior to beginning any service, and I will keep you informed throughout the whole process. If at any point during your service I feel that the integrity of your hair may become compromised I will immediately discuss other options with you. Please trust that I want to get you to your goal, and I want your hair to be soft, beautiful, and manageable while I get you there! Thank you for your trust.
  • Cancellations/Rescheduling
    Cancellations/rescheduling accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Within 48 hours of the service, cancellations/reschedules will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. A non-refundable deposit of 75% of the scheduled service will be required for any person having multiple cancellation/reschedules/no-shows. Life is unpredictable sometimes; I am well aware of that and I'm not cold-hearted. Certain circumstances are exempt from the policy, but you must reach out and let me know what the circumstance is so that I can let you know if it qualifies.
  • Tardiness
    Please contact me immediately if you are going to be late to your appointment. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled if you are more than 15 minutes late. My cancellation/reschedule policy will apply.
  • Adjustments
    You loving your hair when you style it at home is our goal! If there is anything you aren’t loving please get in touch with us within 7 days so we can make an adjustment for you.
  • Returns/Refunds
    I do not offer returns or refunds on services or retail products. If you take a product home and don’t love it please bring it back to the salon within 2 weeks for an exchange of equal value.
